used a wrong bit to remove the screw,screw struck on the HDA

Hi Guys,
Hope all are doing great...
Got a problem on one of the customers harddrive the screw head has been wrong threraded by using a wrong bit(customer did a DIY).
Does any one have solution to remove this screw from the HDA, need to remove the PCB.
The HDD is a seagte 500GB.

Hey Doomer Thanks for the quick reply ...
I got a plan with out driller ...cas i dont have it now ...
* how about using saw tooth blade and filing the screw from the top..making a grip for the flat screw driver. (planning to use flat bit not star bit)
* Then use a Flat bit in the screw driver to remove.
Dont laugh Ok.

You can use a Dremel with a circular blade for that. Just be carefull. One slip and goodbye pcb.

Thanks Doomer,Dobre for the ideas ...
I was able to remove the screw from the HDA ...
* Used saw tooth blade
* Cellophane tape
* Flat screw driver
Filed the screw head so that the flat bit of the screw driver can fit in.
And then easily removed the screw,
Caution be very careful while filing the screw,stick the cellophane tape around the screw for safety.
