Not sure, but IT sounds to me like it could have some problems unparking the heads. Did you take a look under the hood yet?

Case CLOSED

Open it and it have a head crash.

And the filter dirty.

Samsung .... it happen this..

Rare in Samsung to be fair, normally pretty resiliant drives.
