Hi to all!
Platter head1 bad => look picture

1)I know some models have both physical and non-functional head of manufacturing, this case can exist such a possibility?

2)Is to make the img platter good (head0) and to remove certain files?

Thanks advanced!

Based on the damage, I would say no. The drive environment is badly contaminated with dust.

not sure if it is based on seagate's .10 or .11. if it is .10 and platter 0 is also damaged like this your sa is destroyed.
