1. There is NO UDMA clone, only old PCI version.
2. No support
3. It doesn't work properly
4. It'll take you months/years to work out how to use it
5. Quite possibly won't fix your hard drive.
6. Even pirate copy will cost more than pro help for one hdd

In a nutshell, just stump up for pro help and avoid false economy.

The Hard Drive is a Western Digital WD1600 WD Caviar SE
MDL: WD1600JS-75NCB1
DCM: DSBHCTJAH
Rev. A00 DP/N 0DC115

In Bios only is detected As Slave not as Master (My motherboard use Sata but show as IDE devices whit Primary/Slave) and Show "MODEL HAWK 10.02E01 S/N -ROM SN#XYZ--- CHS: 15528" whit only 16GB... I'm shure that is a Firmware problem... I triet to use MHDD and Others tools.. but nothing... any idea will help!

Answer as you.
1. YES... the new version is UDMA, the old version is the PCI, check!
2. I know that not include Support (Of course)
3. Many users in this forums say that works (I need confirmation about this new version)
4. I'm not silly, I Have CCNA,RHLP, MCP, CISSP And many more Certification. and include training and Videos Step by step
5. Mhhhhh... why not?
6. What not correct... Ace sendme a quote by U$9000 plus taxes... I dont have that money!

Personally I find this very interesting!

No offense, but you don't even know what is wrong with it.

If you can not (or dont want) to afford the price for the PC3K UDMA from ACE, then
you might start with the HD Doctor Suite and the Data Compass from SalvationDATA.

http://www.salvationdata.com/data-recov ... panish.htm

Get a quote from Selina: selina@salvationdata.com

Its not PC3K from ACE, its different, but it will also help in many cases - and:
They have a very good service. If one is willing to ask by email or msn then they will
guide you online on your pc via internet.

My personal thoughts about the SD tools are, that they offer enough features, that
one not only is able to regain the money spent, but also to build up the buisiness to
afford the more expensive tools at a later time.

In my business life I have learned that each cent spent on better tools is worth it.
But, we have also a saying in german (for the financial situation):
One may stretch out only up to the length of the own blanket.
(Most probably there exists the same one in english with better words than my
translation here :D )

I dont have the tools for a proper diagnostics, based on my experience, I believe it is the firmware, because the hard drive start and make some clicks triet to find the firmware and later in Bios only is detected as Slave and only show 16GB, but i cant access the data. is only detected in BIos as I say, but not in Windows Disk Management.

Offtopic: nobody has the version? The Clone version of PC-3000 UDMA??

I agree with Falter, check out Salvation Data if you cannot afford a legit version of PC3000. Of course, you could always try to secure a lease for PC3000. But, if it is only for a single drive, why not just pay a professional to do the job and be sure that it works?

It makes sense for smaller data recovery companies to outsource the more difficult jobs until such time that there is enough work and money to justify the expense of the proper equipment to do the work in house.

I repeat, no such thing as CLONE UDMA, only CLONE PCI.
Chinese haven't cloned UDMA yet, only PCI version.
Only UDMA out there is ACE original. NOT CLONE.
YOU CANNOT BUY CLONE UDMA.
You can buy illegal clone PCI so you can waste your money not fixing your drive.

Clear enough?

You're obviously only hearing what you want to hear, so I'll leave you to it.

Good luck

I guess you experience is close to 0
Fortunately there is no MMC console or Administration tools to make one-button-click-HDD-diagnostic and you can be three times MCP that will not make your experienced enough to fix your hard drive.
There are some brains required for that kind of work

You obviously aren't paying attention to what people are telling you .
THERE IS NO CLONE CHINA VERSION OF PC3000 "UDMA" It does NOT exist.
And also in the title of this section of the forum it plainly states
"No cracked software here"

If you have 1 drive you need recovered, Contact a pro.
If you are thinking of starting your own DR business, then you should
state so and LISTEN to the advice given.

There has been some debate about this and other rumors for months now. If anyone here has a legitimate DR business for some years now, they are free to contact me by phone. Some things should be known about if you are in the business. Also, I am happy to exchange or trade parts/drives/loaners/firmware/etc with other companies if I can help.

Of course if you know someone in China that can buy a pc3k udma for you and ship it, that will cost you less than 4k.

Well its not so easy!

Anybody who did this would have to be very carefull with their ip address ranges. If the update or database servers notice your ip address to be different from the ranges used in your region the udma card is likely to be disabled. You would then have to send it back for repair and Ace would make sure you pay the correct price for your region and more for the repair.
