Has anybody seen this problem before? This WD drive clicks--tried head exchange-it still clicks--Tried hotswap--read copy 0 ok, all copy 1 bad. Can't access data thru hotwap. Disable head 1, can access firmware without hotwap, but can't access data. Enable head 1 back, it still clicks. Can't write anything on head 1. Does anybody know what could be the issue and how to fix it? Any help would be good.
