I'm looking for a LDR for this drive:

Model: 4R120L0

If you can help, it would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Luke

I renamed it from .pcr to .ldr, but it does not work.

NO, the pcr file has to be loaded in the UDMA database !
Open the database, choose import and select the pcr file.

Good point...it has been so long since I've imported into the database, I forgot it even existed. Thanks for the wake up call.

Yup, that worked better and helped me confirm that the problems are internal. Now it is time for a visual inspection...I suspect that it is toast.

Glad this worked. :)
You dont happen to have a loader for a Athena DSP 20B020H1 with code WAK21R90?

Sorry...I don't have that one here. I'll get someone to check and see if we have a drive from which we can make a LDR for you.
