Hello ,

I have N40p drives for repair about 700pcs they all have the same problem the Smart module is corrupt after rewriting the module , smart becomes OK but after running the drive for about an hour it corrupts again . I dont understand why this is happening .
And one more thing the drive scans perfect no bad sector found , so it cant be a head issue .
Can i disable SMART for this drive ?

Thanks in advance .
