Have this in Samsung terminal, First Problem was TVS.

Last time i got this drive had bad heads.
Bad module A3 HSC_CYL or module 0D GEO_TBL gives same symptoms.

If the TVS was triggered, than there was some overvoltage.
Overvoltage can lightly damage anything, including preamp and even heads as well.
But anyway, this termlog not looks like fatal problem.
Can you read LBA after soft reset?

Thanks to all,

Afther a soft reset i can get DRD DSC, nothing more.

if i use other PCB i can not get the serial, it have some adapt. info in the pcb.

The disk was used to copy files from a pc to other.
It can happen that it take a little "drop" not much.

I will try to change heads to see what i can get.

I have a problem with you:
The data recovery needs exteme precision!
You working too hurry but not precise!

You can easily kill drive and render to unrecoverable with similar mistakes....
This is not good anyway.
