As above, I have a clicking HDD. After a while it stops clicking and spins down. When accessing in Kernel mode I can see this: Attachment: Img_011_cr.jpg [ 45.4 KiB | Viewed 4007 times ] Tried to edit HeadMap in RAM but no effects. Possible ROM corruption? It could even have controller board swapped from incompatible drive (I have no history of this drive). Thanks, yco. |

Very unlikely to be ROM corruption, more like bad heads IMHO |
