What does drive do? Spin up OK? Clicking? Spin down?

You either did not match microcode when you replaced a board or head/s failed.

hi The hdd spin up and don't clicking, but the utility start when read a SA i listen a light vibration o buzzer. I cannot execute the head test the hhd is not ready. Thanks

You still have to provide more info about this drive. Original state of the drive? What happened? You don't expect us to read drive's mind remotely, are you?
