my hdd stm3500320as head failure then swap head with donor hdd

Now, hdd worked in DE and i seen data in explorer but very very slowly!?
in every second clik clik and continues
then i see in terminal

Serial FLASH boot code checksum failure!
BOOT CMD:
DS
AP <addr>
WT <data>
RD
GO
TE
BR <divisor>
?
RET

what's that problem?

and also

then head clik and clik then upper message apear again

you should try to clone it very very slow.

do't chose from boot CMD?

Agree with Zebong clone it or Make image .

i do again

but after power off/on hdd detect 0 byte
then i do bsy solution
now again hdd detect and see data in explorer DE

what that problem with this hdd?

Looks like damaged ROM to me. Not good on this family.If you can get the data, albeit slowly, maybe persistence and patience is the answer.

i started to image from drive
first 12 hour imaged only 30,000,000 sectors

a risistor along the rom chip is lost
