unlocking Seagate ST3250310CS having MAXIMUM security

Hello, I'm having some trouble when trying to unlock this drive using PC3K. I can succesfully read both keys, USER and MASTER, but then, I didn't find out what else do I have to do. Using Victoria I've seen that the drive is set to maximum security and I've tried to unlock it using user key but with no success. I didn't try it with master key because the software warns you about data destruction. Anyway, the PC3K software says something like "HDD is unavalabled [?], doesn't support password, set in Frozen or Locked Mode". It seems to OPEN ok (HDD has been opened successfully!) but that happens no matter the key I use... and then nothing, no possible access.
What's wrong with this method? Maybe I mixed up the steps...
