Firmware wanted HITACHI: 5k320-160: Type HTS543216L9A300

Hi Every one,

My HITACHI TRAVELSTART HTS543216L9A300 5k320-160 has a bad mother board. and the rom IC has been destroyed.

I could not find exact model, so i bought a new Hitachi HDD with different model that has the same mother board.
and i need to upload the other firmware to it to be able to restore the data.
