I have the SEAGATE ST31000528AS CC37.
Accoridng to the PC-3000 UMDA, Module reading 0035 is error and indicates the follows:
Rq Rd Sys File Part ID 35 err! Tech state 0x440472. Offs oxo.


Please let me know what is meant by this and how this error can be fixed.

Further, do I need to replace the head?
