Have access to a PC3000 setup but sadly no Dataextractor. So is it possible to use a 3rd party app which will scan for devices on the card IO interface address? I would be looking to mount drive with or without loader in pc3000 then open a recovery utility to image or access files. Something like R-Studio or GDB would be great but I can't find any settings which can be changed to do this. Any other app suitable? Or would only 'in house software' specially written be able to do this? |

You could use a third party tool but you would only have PIO mode. Which is going to be slow Save up some Rubles and get extractor add on |

I still can't see how it might be done. I don't think it would be possible to change the IO address on the card so one would need to instruct any 3rd party software there is an ata port located at a non standard address to scan for any attached device. How would one do it? |
