 Post subject: WD1200JB-00CRA1 ECC errors

Hello everyone!

I have this HDD that has all firmware ok. I can read first 80000 sectors without errors, but then all came with ECC error. What can be wrong with it?

Probably translator issue, possibly caused by incomplete initialisation due to bad head(s).
