Just curious if anyone has been though their training, and if so, what did you think? I have read a lot of not so good posts about SD trainings, but not much on DeepSpar / PC3000 ones.

Thanks guys.

i learned before buying my pc3k that all video tutorials are useless really, and will not guide you through the learning.

the best is get the tools and start practicing or have your training with Pro.
i have plenty of video`s more than 30gb for both sd tools & pc3k but none was helpful
sometimes you face same cases but different working scenario

If you think watching those video`s will help, then trust me my friend, ur Wrong, totally wrong.
pc3k is not like one click and ur done, and there is no step-by-step issues on DR

get the tools, practice, have some training and thats it

my advice 2 u

I believe the OP was actually referring to the physical training, held by DeepSpar in Ottawa. I've never gone to the training, but have met the guys there, as well as communicate with them frequently and am confident that it is worth every penny spent.

Thanks both of you. I was actually talking about the in-person, physical training offered by DeepSpar. Based on all of my research, it definately seemed like it would give its bang for the buck, obviously not replacing use or expirementation, but still a good start with the equipment.

I did it back in the days of PC3K ISA and travelled quite some distance to do it. I found it very worthwhile. Andrei knows his stuff and it helped me get a lot out of PC3K. Nothing beats learning yourself, but it pointed me in the right direction.

agree with you, i remember the 1st. 2 months i spent reading all of Acelab manuals and some others also, but i became more on knowing their tools after 5 days training with one of the guys here on the forum, was like 16h/day
started with PCB repair 1st. then pc3k + SD tools
now i can feel the big difference between before/after 5 days training

but suggest to read all manuals 1st. and understand them very well, so that u dont ask stupid questions as i used to do on the beginning.

wish u good luck

That is the plan Einstein, we are looking the get the equipment a few months before the training as it will take a bit of time to get them down here with their schedules.
