Hey guys,
I've got a security locked Toshiba MK1032GSX. The user is not aware of how the password was set and they do not know what it could be.
I have tried the standard proceedure on PC3K under work with service area.. reset passwords with no success. The drive remains locked.
If I perform drive ID, under security subsystem heading it shows password set - yes, hdd frozen - yes, wrong password count exceeded - yes.
Does anyone have a proceedure they acan shore to help us get this drive unlocked? or is it bricked?
TIA
