PC3000 PCI FOR WINDOWS ON SALE - DON'T MISS SUCH A CHANCE!!!

May 20th, 2011, 9:59

Hello,

It's been said that nothing last forever and today, after a few years of playing around DR I decided to withdraw.

For me it's been rather challenge and my will to explore something new than doing regular business, but I found it very interesting.

So here it is: original 100% fully working complex of PC3000 PCI for Windows (not UDMA!) WITHOUT Data Extractor, software version 2.27 (latest for this card before Ace switched to it's UDMA version).

Everything is on attached picture + CD with software.

As far as I know, owner of the old card can upgrade to UDMA with big discount, but it must be checked directly in AceLab.

If You are interrested, please PM me with Your price (USD, EUR or GBP) and where are you from. I will wait two

weeks time before I decided who will buy it. Buyer, before making transaction will get personal data of owner and

no. of card to check it's legality in AceLab.

On this occasion I would like to say thanks to all of You gurus who helped me more or less in my learning curve. :)

Regards
Damon

Umm... its missing something. Like the Hard Drive power Controller that is usually connected to the the PC300 Unit itself.

It's on the back of the PCI card on those early versions

I once inquired about buying an old PCI unit from someone that upgraded to UDMA and was told that Ace would not allow the transfer and also these PCI cards would be disabled soon. Can someone verify that Ace will allow the transfer of this?

Acelab does not offer a discount on upgrading from PCI to UDMA any longer. It was done few month after UDMA came out.

Have to verify it with Acelab.
A lot of posts on this forum indicated that ownership is not transferable, but I am not completely sure about it.

I heard about UDMA version, that in the contract you cannot sell it to anybody, but I don't see such situation in the contract of this card.

I am trying to flame this sellers sale or anything. I am just saying be very careful and check with Ace before buying this. I have checked in the past and the answer I got was that they would not transfer these cards and also that they were going to deactivate the PCI cards before too long because the UDMA was available. I just don't want to see someone spend money on this and realize they can't use it at all.

Good luck!
