Any Expert in Firebird DB here?

it is on the same subject

Scenario:

I got some PCR for my DB, i added them all to my DB, i noticed after sometime that the families are gone (spider, kermit..)
as in attach. here, i also noticed that my hdd LED is fighting always ON, heavy load in hdd but process is normal

i got to know that some of the added resources to my DB are some how corrupted and messed alot with my DB

since i cannot see the familes, i tried to backup ROM from one of those that i know for sure are there, and it is there as the attach. but the problem is that it takes ages to find it.

i asked one of DB developers about this problem and he told me this is Indexing problem, and i have to RE-INDEX my whole DB which will take a hell of time but i dono really how to do it since my UDMA is HUGE

any suggestions from you guys here about this?

thank you
