I have a problem in Hard Disk Has become does not work and change the name of the
wd320
To
modelpinclite

I can not solve this problem

pls help me all my data base in this hard disk

Need to run some more tests using working compatible parts to identify the issue(s).
Although there can be other issues, frequently this family drives have firmware issues. This requires more expensive professional equipment to search for problem more thoroughly.

This is the ROM identifying as opposed to the correct info from the SA.

Probably you have damage to overlay.

You have SA access?
