Barracuda ES 2 Bussy problem

I have his hard drive Barracuda ES2 ST3250310NS
PCB (ZKAJ-7) PCB 100475720REV A
hard drive spin up may remain bussy
I tried 2 solutions:
1.isolating spindle motor controller
2.short check point to PCB
But not have succes
At the terminal not responding "Reply time out" and motor not spin up


In the PC 3k Udma appear

Model: ST_M13FQBL
Serial: QNR_BFW
Firmware: 11291209
Capacity: 3.86 Gb
The drive have HP firmware
Can you please help

connect it to ur UDMA and open HT then power ON and Ctrl-Z in terminal
see if u can get anything from there 1st.

ES2 will not give response at CTRL+Z unless are operating normal.

Really not responding
the hard drive its OEM manufactured for seagate from HP it has firmware HPG2
mdl hp: GB0250C8045(date 13.09.2008) its from dedicate workstation( raid server) was buyng with customer at secon hand and reinstallated windows xp from stand allone workstation
Off! Off!
I looked on HP site firmware update from this hard drive but before this operation must be upgradet raid controller (instructions HP site) but I have problems with data ?(Off! Off!)
Anny help???
