Hi,

Toshiba MK5055GSX, comes ready, shows model, serial, firmware and size but can't access user data.
I connected terminal to it and used 63GSX utility but it doesn't work:

Techno On............................... : Ok

Zone table.............................. : Zone table read error; unexpected error: Wrong answer

G-List reading error.................... : G-List read error; unexpected error: Wrong answer

CP Avalable............................. : 33,34,44,56,91,92,93,94,95,97,98,9A,9B,9C,A2,A5,A6,A7,A8,A9,AA,AB,AE,AF,B1,B3,B5,B6,B7,B8,B9,BA,BB,BD,BE,C1,C3,C4,C5,C6,C7,C8,C9,CA,CB,CC,CD,CE,CF,D0,D1,D2,DD

I tested terminal cable with older Toshiba and it's working fine. Any suggestions?

I disconnected GND from drive and now it's working.
