i have 1TB 3.5" western digital green cavier SATA HDD. when i plug externally it's run few min's then it freeze.what i do now?any method take my data?

This is not nearly enough information. Is the hard drive IOing? Do you know how to check? If so, what kind of IO? UNC, AMNF, IDNF, ABRT? Is this a bare drive or inside of an external hard drive? If it's an external hard drive, does the chipset do encryption? Does the drive keep spinning? What have you tried thus far?

The HDD freezes, or it is the OS that freezes? Can you access the HDD surface bedore it freezes? Does the HDD make any noises, or does its spindle motor stop at any time? You have access to diagnostic software such as Victoria or MHDD to verify the condition via status register?
