a) This is nothing related to PC-3000, so putting your question in the PC-3000 forum is the wrong place, just like some of your earlier questions about CA-42 cables :(

b) You don't really need help to answer your question - I think you have given-up too quickly. Just spend a few minutes using Google, the Sparkfun part number for that product (PRT-00449) and the word "uk" and you'll find some vendors :)

Just in case you were not aware, the Sparkfun circuit requires external power. You will need either a 3V lithium coin cell, or two 1.5V alkaline batteries, or the +3.3V output of your PSU, or you could tap into the drive's +3.3V onboard supply.
