PC3000 do not support Seagate momemtus 7200.4 & lenovo HDD ?

I have a locked momemtus 7200.4 and i want to remove password but i see PC3000 UDMA 4.7.1 do not support momentus 7200.4 ?
Who use PC3000 UDMA 4.9.1, has it supported momentus 7200.4 ?
