Agree you are throwing your money away to buy these clones that only half work and are not supported at all. If you want some tools do as advised save some money and get some that work.

Yes, use terminal connection to see drive's output through hyperterminal.

If you plan to repair it for continued use, then it is not worth the headache.
If you need data recovery, then that's a different story. As pcimage hinted, just having the tool is not enough. Need knowledge and understanding about the drive's behaviour prior and post failure. Likely you will also need a good quality imager.

Yes i only need data recovery.
I use WinHex to image hard drives.
I'm desperate but i can't pay, and i will never pay houndred of $ to get back my data.
I need a cheap or free solution as hyper terminal.
I will spend 200/300 $ only for buying a tool which will do the job, so i can use it to recover other people hdd's so i can get back my money, and then i will sell the tool at a lower price.
Unfortunately pc3000, hd doctor, ecc cost much more then 300 $

If you want help contact BlackST here on the forum he is in Italy and can help you on this one. Depending on the problem. Send him a PM as for doing it yourself 5400.6 F3 are crap to work with and you will not be able to do this one alone. Sorry. But if you can spend on a tool then contact BlackST and see what he says to you on this one.
