Hello,

i am getting this (Attached)error in pc3000 portable ,
Unable to read HDD ID,BSY,DRD and DSC glows,
I also have donor PCB. What might be issue?

Does HDD Spin?

Is CableSelect mode set?

How does drive behave? Any noise?

Can you attach terminal?

Is PCB original? These are not interchangeable without modification.

I do not see cableselect in udma /portable
I have few toshibas some of them give drd dsc initially but while entering utility stays busy with same error.

Did not found cable select option in pc3000 portable.
is this option available with portable?

I have no experience with portable version so can't comment.

On full version, it's under Tools menu.
