 Post subject: about ACE support

Hi gurus.....
i wanna ask you about ACE support .does it worse what you pay for them ? or you just need update and so you pay for the package "update + support" = 900$ per a year . and how technically good they are ?

actually i doubt

Well its the best no doubt about it, but i noticed recently they did not provide me such WORTH answers for my Questions, and the time when i asked was so critical, on the beginning was ok, recently i rate it below zero out of 10. and i feel really sad about that.
but it is a must

Its like anything if you put the time & effort in to learn how to use it then you will need to use their technical support less. The yearly costs would then be more for updates & occasional questions, but still worth it.

Agree, but whats the use if as far as i remember in 1Y for example, i asked only 5 times critical Q and i get ONLY 2
