Hi gurus..... i wanna ask you about ACE support .does it worse what you pay for them ? or you just need update and so you pay for the package "update + support" = 900$ per a year . and how technically good they are ? actually i doubt |

Its like anything if you put the time & effort in to learn how to use it then you will need to use their technical support less. The yearly costs would then be more for updates & occasional questions, but still worth it. |

Agree, but whats the use if as far as i remember in 1Y for example, i asked only 5 times critical Q and i get ONLY 2 it is a shame really |
