How was the drive used by the customer? In an external? What kind of system? Any other details?

when u tried RAW did you get working JPG`s (for example) or all damaged?

(since i hate seagate, i prefer in such case to CLONE IT) then do whatever you are doing)

IF jpg`s are ALL DAMAGED IN RAW, i can think only of 1 things = ur client.

good luck

Clone it as per einstein9's sensible suggestion.

Then scan it with other recovery sw such as rstudio, UFS explorer, GDB etc...

i again discussed with customer ,he said that drive is compressed drive.
initially just i tried raw recovery and checked some jpg files which was currupt.
then i found Z represents for zip so i recovered some folders which was dcm files so cant open with regular viewer its showing corrupt files (due to that reason i confused and whole hdd contains only dcm files)
then i installed DCM viewer and checked data .(all ok)

thanks gurus for kindly help specially labtech, pcimage & einstein9 (the super gurus helping us )
