Hello to you all,

We have WD800JD-22LSA0 HDD, and on PC-3000 we get the following error:

SA dir reading (ID)..................... : Unknown error. Error code: 4343
Configuration reading................... : Module 02 not found

we replaced the bord, after that we replaced the heads.
the HDD is spinning, makes 3 clicks sound and power off.

We returned the heads to the donor drive, and the donor head works fine.
So it turns out that the customer platter is clen.

Does anyone experience such a case?
anyone have an idea?

Very tricky head swaps on this model.

I mean its easy to swap the heads, but there are tricks to get them to work!

There is a trick you can specifically recommend for this model ?

Yes, oscilloscope, to check servo.
