I am looking to purchase the PC-3000 with Data Extractor. I am unaware if a used market exists or not because of licensing. If it is possible and you are looking to sell please let me know.

Contact ACE they have them to sell. This is the only place you can buy one. A used one will never happen. Anyone who owns one keeps it for life because this is the contract when you purchase it.

Hope you do not plug this into the Internet it will be shut off by ACE if it does not match the location it was sold to. Wonder if you purchased legal version and how can you work with no updates. You can not get an update from a tool that was sold because the contract is no longer valid.

I'm not a PC-3000 owner, but from what I've read, it seems that PC-3000's user agreement prohibits selling the system. So even if you were able to buy the system from someone you wouldn't be able to get support or upgrades for it.
The only way around this would be to actually buy a company that already has it, or just keep lying to them and saying you are someone else.

No I am sorry this one is not so. When my Father was ill I went to America for 5 months and took a few of my tools with me. One was the UDMA and I got an email right away from ACE saying they were shutting down my card which they can do from their site. They said that the IP address using my card is not the legal IP address the board was purchased under. I had to explain where I was and sign an agrement that nobody but me would be using this card and I would not show anyone this card. That is why I say what I say. ACE can shut down this board anytime they wish to shut it down if you berak their contract. So you might get by now on this one but not sure how long this one will last. Good luck and do not know what else to say to you. I know a few people who had their card automatically shut off by ACE for one reason or another. Once the problem was corrected they turned it back on. So you see ACE can do this one if they want.

Don't need to sign it. You agree by reading the document that is sold with PC3K and if you agree you rip open the sealed area which contains the install key.
They can do what they want basically

Ace prohibites to sell and buy their tools and can stop pc 3000 working if your system hung up and you need to re-install the software, it's not that they can enter onto your machine and stop the card working, they do not hacker.

Hummm this one is very funny. I know a person who purchased this tool from ACE. No name, no place where he lives either. He had all of the manuals in a storage place on-line. Againt the rules for ACE. When he received an email he did not pay attention to this one. The one day he went to use his tool and guess what it was blocked and a waring on this one. He had to prove all of ACE material was deleted and then they turned it back on. This was not the first person I know that it happened to. They showed it to me and I saw this one. I could not believe it either. I said you are joking. I asked if he reinstalled software and he said no it was working yesterday and today it is not. When he contacted ACE they explained to him they had shut it off until he proved that the manuals for them were no longer on the Internet. It took him almost a week to get it turned back on. I know this is true I went into his system by team viewer and saw this. So who knows you say this and I saw something else. Someone who owns this tool contacted ACE to show them where the manual were. That was why it was shut down. When ACE could no longer find them they turned ti back on.

I'm guessing this is a regional thing. PC-3000 costs different depending on where you are from. USA & Europe being more money that say Russia. I'm guessing that what happened to you is their way of preventing people from buying it in a less expensive country and then reselling to the more expensive countries.
I have since purchased PC-3000 here in the USA and I'm on a dynamic IP which changes from time to time, yet I've had no issues. So what I said would work, but you'd likely have to buy from someone in the same region / country.
