Based on your Log: MCMTFileHandler: EXCEPTION: Failed MCMT read request MCMTFileHandler: EXCEPTION: Failed MCMT read request MCMainPOR: EXCEPTION: SIM aborted prior to MCMT read MCMainPOR: EXCEPTION: POR Failed General MCMainPOR: Feature Disabled... some options/features MUST be disabled in SA cannot do that w/o proper tools with MANUAL editing flags Symptoms: hdd BZ then RDY registers with NO SECTORS access, becomes BZ when trying to access sectors thats all good luck |

Suggest to start a new thread. This drive has bad sectors and possibly a bad head. Before issuing commands it is a good idea to check heads condition. More specifically SA heads. |

You probably need a donor, I see little can be recovered on this case until you replace the head. |
