Problem with new Deepspar Imager

So, not really a PC3K question but this section is the closest applicable I could find to post in.

I boot with the flash drive and type "ddi", and computer just restarts.
Have the network add-on card which is detected during boot.
This happens with or without drives attached. Power is connected correctly to DDI card; power indicator LED on board stays green.

The PC I installed the DDI in works perfectly. Has Windows 7 x64, but I assume that doesn't matter as DDI doesn't make use of the hard drive in the PC (or am I wrong?).

I haven't been set up on the Deepstar forum yet or I'd have posted there and it's the weekend so I don't expect my e-mail inquiry to be answered by the team until next week.
Just would like to work with it this weekend and was wondering if anybody has run into this problem or has any tips.

Sam

Update:
Serge suggested disabling all peripherals/on-board devices and changing to IDE. None of these worked.

Works fine on a different computer.
