I try resource. They are good, but not solved my problem.
I description of my problem :

- Connect Hdd to Pc3Kudma and power on
- After some seconds, Hdd go to ready
- Run utility
- After 1 or 2 minutes utility start. (Very Very Slow like normal)
- I run "Slow Response" fix, but it cannot write 02 and 32 module. Nothing to do with this fix
- I start SA module Check and Backup. The process is very very slow (like 1 hour) but i can backup all module, and i see all module are OK
- Hdd ID is good. I see model, S/N and all other parameter

Seem all is ok, but Hdd is very very slow. I tried to read sectors, and all sectors i try are readed well.
I make Heads map for test Heads. I can read from all Heads.

The strange problem is that all seem to be good, but reading sectors is too slow for make clone or recovery data.

Someone can help my ?

Tnks to all.

In fact if I try to read the SMART I get an error, but the modules 21, 23 and 24 are ok

Did you check cables?
Did you connect another known-good drive into the same configuration and see if it behaves normally?

Sometimes it's just the obvious.

After you did a head map on DE, did you let it run for 2-3 cycles to see if all heads read ok?

I just tried with donor PCB, but nothing change.

The problem is that i cannot write anything on SA.
If i try to write a module, the writing start very slow but end well without errors.
But if i re-read that module i see no change maked

I just tried with a secure donor drive, and it is good.

I do not never see a issue like this.

Tnks to all for help
