I have never seen this version either, job did come in from another lab, so beginning to suspect wrong PCB or wrong NV_RAM!

Google search pulls NOTHING up for "GM4NG52A" apart from this thread!

Which begs the question is there such a version?

A drive having firmware version GM4OA52A reports GM4NG52A in techno mode.
