Hello,

HDD Model ST3160812AS with PCB No# 100387575 Rev C but PCB is damaged.
But im able to arrange PCB No# 100387575 Rev D as donor , Does Rev matters ? is this PCB is compatible or should i use as donor?
also should i need to replace IC (like U12) ? if yes which one Pic of PCB is attached.

Check the main control chip to see if the top line is the same. It's the biggest one that says "Ogre" on it. If they are the same the board is compatible, but you will most likely need to swap the U12 chip. (preferably with a tool like PC-3000, but in a pinch you can solder it)

That's "agere", not "Ogre", and there is no "U12 chip" on Seagate PCBs.

Could we see the damage? Sometimes there is an easy DIY fix.

The serial flash memory chip is the 8-pin chip at the top right of your photo (25P05VF). That said, your model has no "adaptives", so you only need to match the firmware. No need for a chip swap.

U12 Not Available on this PCB.
Issue with patient is that when i power on it it goes in BSY then immediately all LED Glows and faints.
Firmware of both is same i.e. 3.ADH ,but if i use donor as per suggestion of fzabkar it goes BSY state.

Seriously, all you need to do is get a PCB with same MCU (in this case xxx4226) ideally from a drive of same model and Fw version and try it. But be aware that although 9/10 times a FW match will be fine, there are occasions where the ROM differs slightly even if the version is the same, so in this case swap the ROM chip (top right, as fzabkar says) and you should be good to go, assuming no further damage.
