I need module 6F for a
WD6400BEVT-60A0RT0 Firmware 01.01.A01
ROM Firmware version 001300CB

I have
WD6400BEVT-60A0RT0 Firmware 01.01.A01
ROM Firmware version 0014001B

and module size is not matching

Module 6F does not matter, your problem lies elsewhere

I fully agree, and also 6F can be marked as "bad" by some firmware tools even on new fully working drives.

Maybe pcb is out of order then, is those drive compatible enough to do pcb swap ? hot swap ?
