is PCB 2060-771824-008 REv P1 WD5000AZRX-00A8LB0(This is faulty PCB)
& PCB 2060-771824-003 Rev A WD30EZRX-00DC0B0 COMPATIBLE ?
Can i use PCB 2060-771824-003 Rev A WD30EZRX-00DC0B0 as donor for PCB 2060-771824-008 REv P1 WD5000AZRX-00A8LB0 as donor?

Yes, if MCU tagging, PCB tagging and PCB revision are the same.
