This drive gives me 11 beeps upon startup and is not recognized by any of my OS or software, I thought it was stiction at first, but the drive spins up and stays spinning, Thought it was heads until the drive stabalized and stopped beeping. could someone help?

i do not think heads stiction. you probably have bad heads or media damage.

is the hard drive picked up in the bios of the computer
if so i would look into head-stack fail as its common with these drives unless it been dropped

Do you mean beeps or something that at least somehow resembles clicks (maybe smth like music box sounds)?
Beeps mean stiction, but you said the drive spins up.
If so, then it's at least bad heads, possibly media damage.
