WD40EZRX Family not recognized

Hi
I have a WD Green,
WD40EZRX Drive 4 TB, When can anyone tell me the utility Familly in the PC-3000 Express?
Also while doing a disk analysis it runs into bad sectors in heads 1 and 2 out of 7 Any help with making these maybe image better no black sectors just red, I have tried clearing the map and rescanning which usually works after a couple times. to no avail, this drive however sounds healthy enough I figured my problem is coming from the utilities side.
