Hello. One question: how can I find a seagate db35.4 ST3250310CS's family in PC-3000? Can't seem to find it. I repeat, is "...10CS", not "...10AS".

What do you mean by none of them work ?
Can you see any message on the Terminal window ?

I select Seagate, and there are 3 big families. Can't remeber them. There were like 3'5, old 2'5 and another one. I've tried all and none work.

Plug the TTL adaptor and see if the drive shows something on hyperterminal or putty ....
