The issue with this drive is that Head 1/Platter 1 is unstable. It is possible to get the drive to RDY and ID, but is not stable enough to create a LDR. I can get the drive to task in DE OK, but again the HDD is not stable enough to create a head-map via terminal/PCHS. Need to create via ATA. It is possible to read data in most LBA values but when reading after a few seconds the drive starts clicking and I get a lot of "HM" in terminal. I get the same with donor heads (below is donor I have used).

I've got this HDD more stable with a second set of heads. Just creating a LDR at the moment. On completion I'll upload, looks like a rare one.

Typically, 3 matching HDDs to one above have just arrived in for recovery as part of an XServe :)
