I am new in data recovery field and using PC3k UDMA , i have a WD5000BMVW-11AMCS0 Family:zephyr with USB PCB the hdd not recognized i swapped the PCB from (USB 2060-771737 To SATA 2060-771692) so i can connect it to the pc3K and sure swapped the U12 ROM

the problem is when i initialize the utility the following error popup:

Does the drive spin up and sound normal?

No clicking or spin down?

The hdd spin up normal no clicking voice but when power on the hdd start spin up and still in busy state until about 60 seconds and cant be auto dedcted after that the the hdd spins down and go to ready state

It's almost certainly bad heads in my opinion. But it's still worth trying to upload LDR, edit headmap in RAM, and see if you can jumpstart it. That or maybe do a smart hotswap.
