I have two disks with the same defect
ST1000DM003-CC4B date:12421 China
ST1000DM003-CC4D date:12383 China
after the spin-up the heads clicks (10 times) and then the motor stops
does not respond to commands from the terminal
can anyone help me or give me a hint?

Working on a similar case. I performed a head swap, and already got it to ID. Still some other issues tough.
So heads are the problem.

Most definitely heads, at the very least.
