I'm having that error again where the 32-bit memory space is used and Raw recovery becomes impossible. :(

Can anyone remind me if there's a way to make it run 64-bit? Or am i stuck using another program?

I'm also getting this error message, it's making it impossible for me to delete entries from the raw recovery menu... :(

PC3K is being slightly more unusable than usual today. :S

Red board UDMA and Black Express work with 64bit
Green board UDMA works on 32bit only

How do you tell is a PC3000 unit is green or red? Mine only said "Express" on the box and has no mention of colour.

That's kind of shocking that you have to purchase a 64-bit model, i assumed it would come as an update for all PC3000 models, without 64-bit it is impossible to do a lot of recoveries on modern devices. :(

Oow you mean the actual colour of the silicon board? Yeah mine is black. :/ mine is black as. It looks like the current "express" model on the website.

Does anyone have any idea why it isn't running in 64-bit 'mode'? And how i can get it to start running in 64-bit mode? If there is such a thing.

The operating system has to be 64bit to run Express in 64bit mode. Is your operating system a 64bit system?

My system is definitely 64-bit.

I found the solution although it isn't pretty. You must stand by and monitor the RAW recovery, making regular notes of how far it's progressed, when it bugs out, stop and close down the task, and then close down PC3K. Then restart PC3K and continue from the LBA location in which is failure occured.

If you do this you will get what you need despite the bug.

Yes, this is indeed memory-related error, which may appear on a damaged file system.

Try getting the latest update, ACE Lab guys have been mentioning changes in the raw recovery algorithm, but I do not remember in which version they should go out of beta.
