***PC3K: Data Copied is less than what it shows as copied***

Need help.

Data extractor shows is copying the whole data stored but when I go to check it is only 10%. why? loss readiness is 9 from 66 055 239

Please help.

Attached shows copied 31.5 GB but when I go to the HDD is showing only 4GB

Compare drive capacity and drive model, they are not corresponding each to other. Looks like your drive is truncated to 32 GB, by jumpers or by HPA/DCO, it should be 78142168 LBA's (~ 37GB), but you have 66 millions (~ 32 GB). Check in utility drive confiuration and turn drive to normal capacity.
