Found a lot of loaders in forum, but all mean Not compatible?
SA Dir reading OK, but no Overlay...

Module 11 only varies by drive family and ROM revision. If you've matched that, you have the right ldr. You probably have other issues such as bad heads. Also you should note that on some models you need to disable SA access when doing LDR upload or it'll automatically start reading the SA and hang.
Or are you saying that you can't find the one for that ROM revision?

also with new heads i'm not able to read out, because small ditches on surface.
does anyone has this Loader?

i got the disk running, and most modules are in there
