Deleted Data Found with R-STUDIO but not useful Data?

Hi,

I hope you are doing great.

I have this TOSHIBA HDD where the data was deleted while updating to Win10 and I was able to find the data with R-STUDIO but when i try to open the data wont open, size of file is very small and if it opens there is not real data inside.

So, the question is if there is any way to recover real data wheren deleted? PC3000 did not make it.
